Common questions

A few things
before you start.

Get help with your account
Who can use Freight Network?

Shippers, receivers, carriers, owner-operators, drivers and facility operators. Dispatchers work through the shipping business or carrier they represent. Your account shows the tools for your role.

Do I need a broker?

No. Shippers and carriers connect and book directly. Broker accounts cannot publish loads, send carrier offers or make new bookings. Drivers and dispatchers work through their company; facilities manage their own services.

What happens after I create an account?

Submit the verification details requested for your role. Staff review your application before you can publish loads, send offers or list a facility. You can check your progress in your workspace.

Can I use it as an owner-operator?

Yes. An independent owner-operator can manage their own freight. A driver working for a carrier uses their own login and the work assigned by that company.

How do shipment updates work?

Authorized participants record pickup, delivery and other job milestones. Your shipment brings those updates and the supporting documents together.

How are freight payments handled?

Review the payment terms for each shipment. Available payment options and any platform service fee are shown in the applicable agreement or checkout. Invoices and payment records stay with the shipment.

Can my team work together?

Yes. Team members use separate logins. Company roles control who can manage shipments, dispatch, equipment and other business information.
